Climate change is an existential threat to humanity, with women remaining disproportionately vulnerable. In mitigating climate change women in rural areas, are making commendable efforts like embracing sustainable agriculture and transition from firewood fuel to green energy. In that regard, they need a platform in the mainstream and community media to amplify their voice on their experiences. Besides training on unique angles story angles, linking up with such women and experts would be key.
